The extra virgin olive oil PDO Umbria by Frantoio Batta has an intense golden yellow with greenish nuances, clear; at the nose is broad and enveloping, rich in notes of artichoke, chicory and elegant balsamic hints of mint, rosemary and sage.
The taste is fine and complex, with hints of lettuce and spicy hints of black pepper and almond. Bitter strong and spicy.

We suggest using the oil PDO Umbria by Frantoio Batta on bruschetta, barley soup, spelled and legumes, white and red meat, salads with fresh vegetables and tomatoes, grilled vegetables, seafood and fresh water, vanilla ice cream.
Great for seasoning cold and hot raw dishes with a robust structure. For medium/ long cooking at high temperature.
